I'm passionate about making mediumship & spiritual connection easy, understandable and accessible to all.

Diane Oliver - Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork

Hi, I’m Diane and I love to share practice that supports your body, mind and spirit.

Keeping ourselves grounded in these ever changing times and ensuring that we maintain our own energy levels and balance in order to support others is so important and I don’t know about you, but I often find it challenging – this is why yoga is a way of life for me on this journey.

I wholeheartedly believe yoga is for everyone and love to inspire and empower people to believe in themselves, take care of their bodies and honour any conditions they may live with.

I blend flowing movement with breath work, affirmations, visualisation, meditation, relaxation, sound, mantra and yoga philosophy and being strongly drawn to a land based spiritual practice, I bring an earthy, elemental perspective to all my work as we circle the Celtic wheel of the year.

A yoga practitioner of many years, I eventually decided to be the change I want to see and trained with Dru Yoga (a very therapeutic form of yoga, meditation and breath work), the Shakti Dance Academy (the yoga of dance) and Infinity Holistic Health Training.

A child of the elements, I burn, I breathe, I flow, I grow…
