Sarah Vaughan - Holistic Eco Therapist & Intuitive Spiritual Healer
Sarah Vaughan is a holistic eco therapist and spiritual intuitive healer.
She is a qualified women's health reflexologist, reiki practitioner, coach, teacher and eco therapist, working as much as possible in and with the incredible healing power of nature.
Although always drawn to the natural world as a place of deep self healing and joy, it wasn't until the pandemic arrived that Sarah was truly able to incorporate the healing power of being outside into her everyday work. Being unable to work with 1:1 clients indoors as it was forbidden, Sarah grasped the opportunity to study the therapeutic uses of the woodland and the power of nature connectedness, resulting in the creation of an incredible course called "Nature for Wellbeing," which she ran at a local charity for over a year.
Sarah also provides holistic therapies nestled in a beautiful woodland space, so that clients can feel the full benefits of connecting with nature during their treatment.
“I believe that in the modern world we have lost our deep, instinctive connection to the natural world, and so we have lost connection to ourselves. This has led to us becoming disempowered, not trusting in ourselves, and caused us to become unwell in many ways. It is my honour and privilege to be able to work in nature, supporting people to remember these connections and ultimately feel happier, healthier and whole.”
Her lessons are often filmed outside in nature, and invite you to embark on developing your own spiritual connection with the natural world.
